Protecting Our Youth & Our Community

The Juvenile Services Program

ensures the safety of the community and the well being and safety of the youths under the juvenile services care, holds juvenile offenders accountable to victims and communities, and assists youths in developing competency and character to aid them in becoming successful members of society.

SERVICES OFFERED
Intake services offers diversion from court, counseling, therapy from Meridian Counseling, community service projects through the Project Challenge program, drug testing through an authorized agency, and referrals for out of home placement.

PROJECT CHALLENGE
Project Challenge is a private, nonprofit charitable organization in North Carolina. Their mission is to help youth become confident, productive members of their community through the offering of their time and talents and through challenging recreational activities. Learn more
